Illiana Care solutions was incorporated as an independent company in 2013 by Sara Moore. This was a continuation of a program she had founded while working with a local non-profit agency. The non-profit chose to discontinue the program and focus on other areas. The need for these services was so great that Illiana Care Solutions was founded. The idea behind Illiana Care Solutions is that people should not be denied assistance, such as care management, simply because they do not meet criteria on an eligibility screen. In spring of 2014, Sam Moore was able to go from a part-time to full-time staff member due to the demand for the services we provide.
